Patrycja Góras, an Enterprise Agile Coach at Bayer's Digital Hub Warsaw, plays a pivotal role in steering the Consumer Health division towards greater agility, collaboration, and customer centricity.
Her journey began in 2016 as a Scrum Master at BlaBlaCar's Paris office, transitioning from finance to the tech sector. Alongside her professional endeavors, she pursued a master’s degree in Management, broadening her expertise. With over 8 years of experience, Patrycja has effectively supported over 25 cross-functional teams across carpooling, e-commerce, logistics, and media. She has conducted numerous workshops and trainings for leaders, managers, and specialists across both technical and non-technical branches.
Additionally, she has mentored six aspiring women, guiding them on their journey to becoming proficient Scrum Masters. Passionate about elevating teams and professionals to their fullest potential, Patrycja leverages her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to foster success. She firmly believes that transparent processes and effective communication are fundamental pillars for achieving organizational objectives.
