Karolina Ormaniec

Karolina is an experienced international marketing leader with a strong record of achievements and awards including The One to Watch (2022) by Women in Marketing, and the 30 under 30 American Chamber of Commerce in Poland (2018).

In her current assignment as EMEA Integrated Marketing Experience Manager, she leads a senior team of marketing experts tasked with delivering impactful solutions for the Transportation and Electronics Business Group across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region at 3M.

She obtained her MA in Social Experimental Psychology from the University of Warsaw (Warsaw International Studies in Psychology) and holds a Digital Marketing Certificate from the University of Vermont. Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development, she is currently pursuing her Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) at Macquarie University.

Beyond marketing, Karolina is passionate about women empowerment projects, and serves as a mentor and initiative leader for DEI, including her past role as The Global Culture Committee Chair and a present engagement as a Co-Chair for the 3M Women Leadership Forum in Poland. In her free time, she enjoys trekking, travelling, and meeting new cultures.
