Emese Bari PhDc

Emese leads the MEP engineering department, delivering solutions such as Digital Enablement SDK’s, Visa Digital Commerce App, Biometric Authentication App, Purchase alerts and premium value added solutions (VAS). She drives our Modular Globalized Mobile Platform, delivers cutting edge mobile solutions, such as instant apps and app clips, and creates foundational work for Visa’s Mobile First strategy.

Emese’s other passion is education. She often lectures at Notre Dame de Namur university (CA), and Oxford University, Brookes (UK).  She has taught courses at San Jose State University (SJSU) in Test Engineering and Intro to Software Engineering. Some of her former students joined Visa as NCG’s.

Prior to Visa, Emese held engineering leadership positions at PayPal (Solutions Engineering and Quality Engineering), eBay (Billing and Payment Gateway Test Engineering Division) ,VerSign (Payments and Security Seal Quality & Reliability Team)
