Renata Olewinska

Over the past 15+ years, Renata has built an expansive professional career, leading various technology teams in affiliate and global roles. Today, Renata is part of PMI’s IT Leadership Team and P&C Leadership Team, and as Global Head of IT People and Culture, holds end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 180+ global and local IT solutions and projects. In this role, she is driving innovation within People & Culture to accelerate PMI’s digital business transformation.

Previously, Renata was Head of Global Solution Delivery, leading 90+ experts in the IT Solution & Delivery Management team — spanning fields including HR, finance, manufacturing and supply chain, AI, and data engineering — to deliver a portfolio of global and local IT projects. As Director IT P&C, she also drove deployment of Salesforce Service, Marketing and Community Cloud capabilities, replacing front-end and back-end services, and evolving our employee omni-channel infrastructure.

She is also a member of the Women in Tech Board, where she advocates for gender diversity and inclusion in the IT sector. She is passionate about empowering women to pursue their career aspirations and develop their leadership skills.
