Agnieszka Wereżyńska

Agnieszka is dedicated to supporting business priorities and growth while championing the concept of caring leadership, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, recognized, and supported. She consistently endeavors to assemble teams comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about the marketing world, boasting solid experience in strategic planning and change management. With 16 years of professional experience, primarily in various marketing operations, where she has predominantly held leadership roles, Agnieszka currently oversees digital marketing services teams in the EMEA region at 3M, focusing on Web Experience, Product Content, and Marketing Automation.

For many years, Agnieszka has been actively involved in promoting women, boosting their self-confidence, and advocating for diversity and inclusion. She is one of the creators of the #Womentogether initiative, which organizes networking events for female leaders from Wroclaw-based companies. Agnieszka holds a degree from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, possesses a PMI certificate, and is a Chartered Institute of Marketing diploma holder. Personally, she is a mother of two children.
