Katarzyna Bownik

Katarzyna Bownik is a marketing professional with a diverse background in B2B industries. After completing her studies at the University of Economics in Wroclaw, she embarked on a career in marketing with Air Products, a prominent American gas company.

In 2006, she joined 3M in the Personal Safety Division, where she led marketing efforts for various portfolios. She later transitioned to the Abrasives System Division, where her team's campaigns received prestigious Effie and Golden Clip awards.

In 2018, Katarzyna returned to the 3M Personal Safety Division in EMEA, taking on different roles and contributing to numerous exciting projects. Currently, she is actively involved in developing the segment concept alongside the segment and TNA teams.

Katarzyna firmly believes in the power of teamwork and strives to build strong teams by engaging individuals, assigning them responsibilities, and offering new challenges.

Outside of work, she is happily married and a mother to two teenagers. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and has a passion for watching Spanish movies, particularly those directed by Almodovar, as well as reading Polish crime novels.
