Stefanie Ratzel

Since 2008, I have cultivated a diverse and impactful career in human resources, starting with foundational roles in Germany, Switzerland, and the US. My professional journey includes extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, shaping HR strategies at both local and global levels.

I advanced to Head of Talent & Learning at Hitachi Energy, where I led initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, all integrated within our Diversity360 framework.

Since April 2024, I embrace a new challenge as the global HR leader for the Grid Integration Business Unit.

I hold a Diploma in Social Science with a focus on organizational psychology from the University of Mannheim and a Master of Arts in International Management from Steinbeis University, Berlin.
