Magdalena Czubaszek

Magdalena has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT and consulting industry. She specialises in Digital Transformation and the implementation of modern technologies and their use to improve business results from Sales and Customer Service.

Her key competencies are project management and implementation of new technologies, especially business analytics solutions, CRM, Contact Centre. 

She is certified as an Agile Practitioner. She is an ICC certified coach, mentor and for several years was a board member of PWN Warsaw where she was responsible for the mentoring programme.
