I am intrigued by the unique qualities of each person (talent of Individualization). I understand why people who are different from each other can work together more efficiently. Empathy stands out to me, being able to sense other people's feelings. Activator causes thoughts to turn into action. I want to perform my tasks, not just talk about them. 

SPECIALIZATION

I have always been interested in self-development ... Tools such as RMP® or Gallup® show our individuality.
They show what motivates us, what talents we have and to what extent we use them in our professional or private life. I support anyone who wants to know their talents, develop them and turn them into strengths. I help analyze the internal needs that make up an individual's profile. 

EXPERIENCE as a Trainer:

-    RMP® PRO Master - individual feedback sessions and the implementation of the workshop program for managers: Management by Individualization.

-    For the past 5 years as a trainer within the ING Learning Hub - Gallup® Workshops on Development through Talent. Mentor and Manager in the IT industry for over 15 years.
