Alicja Jura, Expert Lead Recruitment, affiliated with ING Hubs Poland since 2016. Her journey began as a member of the recruitment team, where she gained professional experience in recruitment and Onboarding process. Recruited for various positions and grades (IT & non-IT) and Onboard thousands of new joiners. Overt the time she became HR Partner for Managers, supporting them in HR related topics. She was involved in creating ATS application for candidate’s management, which contributed to streamlining recruitment processes within the company. One of creators of internal training programme for new Managers. She studied management with a post graduate Human Resources Management – HR Manager.
