I am a Technology Consulting Senior Manager with over 12 years of industry expertise. I am specialized in Human resources business processes and Commercial business processes for Consumer Goods and Services clients. For the last 8 years I have been focusing myself mainly on digitalization and front-end transformation including commerce, customer care, omnichannel for global international clients. I have a solid experience in project delivery, leveraging waterfall as well as scrum methodology and managing teams up to 35 individuals across the world (Switzerland, Germany, India, Poland, Canada). In Poland I am actively growing CG&S practice by hiring talents, coaching people, setting objectives, supporting integration initiatives and looking for new opportunities. I promote inclusion and diversity inside and outside of Accenture by being part of the PRIDE movement representing LGBTQ+ community and mentoring women taking part in the Bring Women Back to Work program. Personally I am a book lover, total immersion swimmer, traveler and a mother.
