Agnieszka Jach

Agnieszka earned a doctoral degree in power engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and graduated from a postgraduate program in Big Data at the same university. At the beginning of her career, she worked in an aviation company as part of an aeromechanics team designing new turbojet engines. Soon after, Agnieszka transitioned from power and mechanical engineering to data analysis and data science. Throughout this shift, she had the opportunity to optimize production processes in chemical plants, develop applications for document intelligence that utilize computer vision, and lead the development of an application for farmers that delivers insights calculated from satellite imagery. Recognizing the pivotal role of the application layer in machine learning, she focused more on machine learning operations and the model operation side. She successfully designed and built MLOps platforms in the cloud using various technology stacks and aided data scientists and businesses in adopting the entire solution, helping them to become more data-driven. At Accenture, she fulfills the role of MLOps Subject Matter Expert and helps to grow Generative AI capability.
