Magda Groszek

Magda is a Senior Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs. She leads the global UI team responsible for the firmwide component library built in React and Angular and used by thousands of applications built throughout the firm. She's responsible for creating the roadmap and executing it end-to-end while maintaining high technical quality of the product. She works day-to-day with designers and engineers to build and maintain the design system that satisfies needs of a complex financial company. She loves working with the front-end technologies which mix both creative aspects, attention to detail with the technical knowledge required to implement these in a scalable way. She has been leading the teams for 6 years, investing in people growth, developing careers and helping to achieve her reports' goals.
