Justyna is Project Manager with an Agile mindset, born from Scrum Master experience. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led numerous software projects involving clients and teams located globally. Her diverse portfolio includes projects in Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Croatia, Ukraine, Poland, and the USA. Justyna can build and motivate teams, set the project goals, and deal with issues like a pro. 

Known for her positivity and boundless energy, she has dedicated several years to volunteering in an organization that supports women in the IT industry. She took charge of organizing regular meetups and programming workshops for beginners, showcasing her ability to blend advanced soft skills with technical knowledge. This unique combination allows her to pass her experience to those who perceive the field of computer science as a challenging area to dive into.

As a mother of four daughters, she imparts the belief that the sky is the limit. But being a mother doesn’t stop her from taking care of her inner child: practicing running, reading books or playing video games. This is the way!
