Patrycja Bajorska

Competency Head in the C/C++/Embedded domain at Globallogic Poland. 

With more than 20 years of experience in project management, including automotive software development, she is responsible for the strategic growth of employees' technical competencies, concerning changing technology trends and business needs.
Managing a team of over 200 engineers, she focuses on developing and leveraging their skills through "empowerment" in the spirit of Management 3.0.
Her role is to create solutions and knowledge-sharing frameworks to support technical development and collaboration within so-called technology communities.

Being responsible for recognizing and nurturing technical talents, she uses her vast experience to create and implement processes related to building technically tailored, large, and scalable automotive engineering teams, providing services to numerous GlobalLogic clients.

As a certified business trainer, she also fulfills her role as a lecturer in Automotive postgraduate studies, which she runs on behalf of GlobalLogic as a Content Manager and supervisor of a team of lecturers.
