Agnieszka Tarko

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, she has been professionally involved in recruitment for almost 20 years. She gained her initial experience in consulting, being responsible for recruiting specialists, and managerial, and executive positions for both Polish and international companies. In 2019, she began cooperation with a pharmaceutical conglomerate, where she was responsible for leading the recruitment team in Poland. Since 2021, she has been professionally associated with Allegro. Initially serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for recruitment processes in the Corporate & Business areas, she now holds the position of Head of Group Talent Acquisition, overseeing all recruitment activities for companies within the Allegro Group.
