Aleksandra Chrustek is a HR professional with project and account management experience in NGO sector. As a International Economics Relations and Human Resources Management Graduate she blends her academic prowess with hands-on experience blending business and people-centered approach. Gaining experience in fundations and associations, she honed her skills in coordinating complex education programs, corporate volunteering, employer branding or ESG campaigns and talent development initiatives.
Transitioning to the corporate world, Aleksandra coordinates Learning & Develpment initiatives to nurture employee growth through mentoring programs, managerial trainings and networking events - inside and outside of the organization. She is engaged in fostering incluve environment for women in tech and neurodivergent employees, as well as building the culture of recognition attracting and retaining top talents.
