Anna Raubo

Anna Raubo is an accomplished leader and IT professional with over 15 years of experience in leading technological initiatives and driving innovation within organizations. Currently serving as an IT&D Director at Reckitt, Anna oversees strategic IT platforms and DevOps tools, supporting IT and agile transformation.

Her career in tech started with providing digital services and developing ecommerce projects and evolved into designing, implementing and managing the adoption of workplace technology to support productivity and maximize business value.

On top of a double M.SC. in international business and economics in Gdańsk and Rotterdam, Anna graduated from a product management executive course at UC Berkeley in California and obtained several professional certifications in the field of IT management, including SAFe, ITIL, CC ISC2 and Agile.

She takes pride in her team-building skills and is known for her ability to combine business growth, people development, and technical leadership. Anna actively mentors and provides guidance to junior colleagues
