Hello, I'm Isabella! My pronouns are she/her and I lead the Inclusion Recruiting Programs team for Netflix in EMEA.
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I started my career 10 years ago in a very different work environment where bringing my authentic self to work was not a possibility. It made me realize how necessary it was to be intentional about creating an inclusive work environment, and that's what motivated me to build a career working with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Throughout this decade, I've had experiences working in different Talent Acquisition functions in the Oil & Energy, Tech, and Entertainment industries, and also leading local and global Pride@ ERGs.
In my current role at Netflix, I work closely with Talent Acquisition to enable inclusive hiring practices and ultimately hire stunning talent from a diversity of backgrounds. I am originally from Brazil and live in Amsterdam with my wife and our two cats. Beyond work at Netflix, I am a total book nerd, a longboarder, and a Jungian coach-in-training.
