Dagna Frydrych

Manager with a couple of years of experience in B2B marketing, business development and project management. She is currently responsible for growth marketing at Just Join IT (owner of job boards: justjoin.it and rocketjobs.pl). Previously, she worked at, among others, Polish Development Fund, responsible for supporting the development of startups, at CTHINGS.CO for B2B marketing, Inteliclinic or BMW Group Poland. She provides mentoring support to young start-ups and teaches MBA students, including at Collegium Civitas.
