Paweł Holnicki-Szulc

Paweł Holnicki-Szulc has been with ING Hubs Poland since 2019 as the COO Business & Risk Solutions. Before, he was the Managing Director of AIG and the General Manager of Colonnade Insurance SA.

Broad people management experience, lead up to 450+ FTE culturally diverse organizations across EMEA, CIS regions. Managed complex transformation projects (including start-up phase) and strategic services onboarding in highly regulated environment. Developed and introduced number of new business concepts to European financial markets. International business development experience across all distribution models and client segments (B2B, B2B2C, B2C).

Paweł is a graduate of Warsaw Technology University (MBA) and Executive MBA Warsaw University of Technology Business School/London Business School / HEC Paris.
