Meet Andreea Noack, a leader in HR IT technology at Continental, and let her journey inspire you! She began her career as a fashion designer in Romania, where she pursued her passion for creativity. While looking for options to finance her studies, Andreea stumbled upon a job in IT, starting a career that she initially hadn't imagined. Driven by the belief that "Everything can be learned," she grew from an entry-level position in IT to an SAP Consultant and later a manager at Continental. Andreea's international journey led her to the US, where she headed the HR IT Americas organization, before returning to Germany to manage diverse IT teams and projects. Currently, she is leading the HR IT Solutions department, overseeing an international team of IT experts who develop, customize, and deploy IT applications for human relations, that spark enthusiasm and improve work experience.
