Carolin Kolodziej

Carolin leads the global Connectivity Services IT team at Continental. Together with the team of 46 colleagues worldwide she is currently transforming from classical Infrastructure networking services towards agile working, DevOps elements like Infrastructure as Code and Zero Trust network architecture. She strives for creating a positive work environment that brings out the strengths of people, empowers the team and collaborating on eye-to-eye level while striving for results.

Prior to her current role, Carolin has been working for 12 years at Continental while holding various leadership positions for more than a decade in Product Management, Digital Solutions at Continental Tires and Digital Platforms at Group IT.  Carolin holds a Bachelor degree in Business Informatics from Nordakademie university in Elmshorn performed as dual study program at a German Aviation company and a Masters deegree in Industrial Engineering from Wilhelm Büchner university in Pfungstadt. Through her experience in providing cloud consultancy, transforming business from hardware-driven to data-driven and various strategic projects, she is passionate about leading change while growing mindset and skills.
