Anne Heidemann

Anne is an HR Manager working at the Continental Headquarters in Hanover, Germany. Prior to joining Continental in 2016, she has been working in various companies and roles within Human Relations, resulting in a profound HR experience of over 15 years. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Flensburg, Germany.  
One of her greatest passions as a HR team lead is the „People’s Business“ – working with great people in a diverse environment.  
During her last 5 years at Continental, she has been working closely together with the Group IT, gaining in-depth insights in IT as well as IT related topics. This has sparked a tremendous enthusiasm not only for HR topics in IT but also for the people working there.  
Anne believes that only working environments making use of diversity as well as thoroughly establishing a diverse workforce can be truly successful. She therefore fully supports Continental´s diversity approach and goals, and is especially eager when it comes to filling the female talent pipelines in IT and Tech
