Paula Zapadka

Paula Zapadka is a passionate tech enthusiast and advocate for diversity in the tech industry. With a background in econometrics, she has navigated her professional career from data modelling through technology consulting to evangelizing low code/no code technologies bringing the IT powers into business users’ hands.

Paula currently holds a position of Product Manager responsible for Power Platform Center of Excellence and M365 Development in Reckitt, a multinational consumer packaged goods company with brands such as Dettol, Strepsils, Vanish and many more. She has worked with multiple low code/no code technologies like Robotic Process Automation, focusing now on Microsoft Power Platform tools. Paula was involved in multiple projects aimed at establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) structures across various industries.

When she isn’t focused on her work, you’ll find her travelling, experimenting with pottery, playing games on PS console or building Lego sets.
