Bożena Szybowicz

Bożena is an accomplished Scrum Master, Agile Leader, and People Manager, with a wealth of experience in Agile methodologies. She has worked in several IT companies, initially as a Project Manager before finding her true calling as a Scrum Master. Bożena has extensive experience working with various Agile and Lean methods, scaled frameworks, and more. She was the first Scrum Master hired at OpenX's Polish branch, where she worked as an Agile Coach for several engineering teams and the entire organization. Currently, Bożena holds a senior position as a manager for a team of Scrum Masters, where she focuses on coaching, mentoring, and developing her team to support their growth. Additionally, she still actively serves as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach, introducing and guiding teams on Agile frameworks and tools across the organization. Bożena is also a mentor in the internal company mentorship WIT program, where she shares her expertise and helps others discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
