Tatsiana Taliuk

Tatsiana is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor's degree in International Economy from the Gomel State University in Belarus and a Master's in Management of Small & Middle Enterprises from University in Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, France. Prior to joining Continental, Tatsiana gained valuable experience as the SAP HCM consultant in IT companies, providing support for manufacturing, energy network and automobile industries. With almost 8 years of experience at Continental, Tatsiana currently serves as the Consultant of HR IT Foundation team and is being IT Service owner of one of the SAP SF module. In this role, Tatsiana is dealing with IT Service Management, Project Management, System improvements and Global System Roll-outs, IT Contracts and Licenses, Quality Training and Support.

With a keen focus on driving HR IT technologies into the future and using the recent tools, Tatsiana also pays attention to End users and easy interfaces. The most important thing in the daily operations are collaboration and openness for a change.
