Sonia Gayral

Sonia is a senior consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in IT services. 

Currently working within Continental Group HR IT, she is managing projects and responsible for ensuring the high quality of HR IT services in EMEA region, especially for France. 

She started her career in automotive as SAP developer and functional consultant. She gained her competences and knowledges in a wide range of topics like project management, core team member to define global solutions, data migration manager, team lead and SAP internal trainer. 

She has worked on a variety of international projects in logistic, finance and HR processes in different area like global rollout, mergers & acquisitions, upgrades, legal requirements. 

In her daily work Sonia has strong willing to challenge herself and learn new topics to develop her skills. She believes that collaboration and team spirit is the key to the success. She is always eager to share her knowledge with colleagues, trainees, mentees… 

In her private life, Sonia loves sports, even seeing extreme sports, taking photos, spending time with her loved ones.
