Michaela Friedl

Michaela, born and raised in Germany, is Head of Group IT Hub Timisoara and Global Team Lead for Identity Management. In her role, Michaela is leading Group IT Organization in the Hub of Timisoara and currently located there for 2 years. She is responsible for around 100 employees and takes care about employee’s careers and is the bridge between Group IT and Location of Timisoara. She is additionally the team lead for a globally distributed team, responsible for Identity Management within Continental focusing on providing a reliable identity management Service (automatically managing accounts for employees during joining, moving leaving the company). Michaela joined Continental in 2013 as a working student and entered the company in 2015 after finishing her master’s degree in business informatic as a MES Process Manager in industrial engineering. In 2016 she changed to Group IT working in the Identity Management Service as Service Owner, responsible for process design, Steering the Service support organization and managing the Service Budget.
