Shilpa Chatterjee

Shilpa leads the way in developing AI solutions for Demand Management and forecasting, thereby enhancing supply chain efficiency. Driven by a passion for harnessing data for decisive outcomes, she converts business insights into actionable strategies, fostering innovation in supply chain management.

Shilpa holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and has prior experience as a software developer in the Banking and Finance sector in India, where she acquired a robust architectural foundation. In 2019, she commenced her master’s studies at RWTH Aachen in Germany, specializing in Informatics with a focus on Data Science. Through her master’s program, she has cultivated substantial proficiency in mathematical and statistical principles underpinning Machine Learning. Her research area included Privacy in Machine learning, Federated Learning, and advanced analytics in python. Concurrently, she served as a Data Engineer at Toyota Financial Services, Cologne Germany. Shilpa is deeply passionate about bridging the gap between Machine Learning theory and its practical applications in real-world use-cases.
