Olga Zhihareva

Olga brings over 17 years of partner and program management experience from leading IT companies such as IBM, Oracle, and Equinix. Since 2018, she has been instrumental in building the Channel Business at Equinix and currently works as a part of the Global Partner Programs Management Office. Olga is also an active member of the Equinix WomenConnect EMEA Leadership team. She holds a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from Warsaw University and is a certified coach. Olga's passions extend beyond her professional life, as she is enthusiastic about diverse cultures, traveling, volunteer work, and sports and wellbeing practices such as biking, golf, squash, table tennis, and yoga.
