Katarzyna Młynarczyk

Katarzyna is a Service Design Manager with 11 years of experience. She currently manages an international team at Equinix, a Fortune 500 company, primarily focusing on the Global IT Area. In addition to her role at Equinix, Katarzyna has co-founded three startups. As the CEO of Sell a Service, she oversees an AI-fueled software as a service solution that transforms customer feedback data into actionable insights to enhance online service sales. Katarzyna is also a co-founder and shareholder in Rebread, a top-ranking challenger brand according to Forbes 2023. Prior to this, she served as the CEO of Socjomania from 2012 to 2020. Katarzyna's professional expertise lies in service design, holding an MBA title from Laurea University of Applied Sciences Helsinki and an International Master Accreditation from the Service Design Global Network. She is passionate about new technologies, AI solutions that have a real impact and prioritize human-centered design, education, multicultural team management, sustainable services, and service digitalization.
