Małgorzata Miksza

As a Scrum Master with almost 7 years of experience, Gosia is deeply interested in scaling Scrum practices and leveraging an agile mindset. The essence of the Scrum Master role for her is to build trust and foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team. There is no limit to what highly integrated and motivated teams can achieve.

Outside of work, she is a mother, and although she doesn't have much time for herself, she often spends it riding my bike in the woods. When the weather is inclement, she enjoys cozying up under a blanket with a gripping crime story.
