Dawn Jones

Dawn Jones is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO), Vice President of Social Impact at Intel Corporation. In her pivotal role, she spearheads Intel’s comprehensive social impact initiatives.  Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas including diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, the Intel Foundation, philanthropic endeavors, and the implementation ESG strategies. As a global leader, Dawn unites cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative solutions that mitigate the impact of social challenges on Intel’s business.  In her role, she cultivates strong partnerships with employees, customers, governments, and communities, generating a dynamic synergy that promotes sustainable impact, elevates company representation, and cultivates an inclusive work environment, enriching the organization’s cultural and business transformation. 

Dawn’s philosophy that leadership is driven from any seat has propelled her 25+ year career at Intel from administrative assistant to Vice President.  She has a degree in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University and master's degree in communications management from Syracuse University.
