Kasia loves discovering new things and that's why she likes to travel all over the world, follow new human ideas, both in the field of culture and technology. Thanks to this, she better understands the needs and the way people from different backgrounds, countries or continents communicate. This, in turn, makes it much easier for her to work as an HR expert, mentor and business coach, as well as an advisor in the field of business and professional projects. Experiencing new things is a constant part of the adult learning process and that is why Kasia believes that openness to change and novelty gives a sense of self-confidence and the ability to cope with absolutely any situation. At Paramount, she is the head of HR in Poland.
