Katarzyna Frelik

Kasia has been working in the IT industry more than 10 years, and the last 7 years spent in a Scrum Master’s role, helping organizations to grow using agile methodologies. Her main expertise around agile frameworks are Scrum and Kanban. Even though she has engineering education which helped her in the IT industry, she developed mostly soft skills throughout her career. You can talk to Kasia about implementating a change in the organization, how to solve conflicts, how to build a team and how to motivate people, how to choose the best process which supports the efficiency and the product development and, also how to build a community. She loves designing processes and she cares about the people. Because of that she found herself in an activist role as well. She has been a leader of a few women communities, a mentor in the TechLeaders Poland mentoring program and a speaker on conferences. At Paramount, she works actively in Women+ ERG group which provides the steppingstones to achieve higher personal and professional business goals for women and allies, in the Tech industry as well.
