I am a classical philologist by degree however for over 13 years I have been successfully building software products and leading product management teams.

My motto: „Build products for People and with People” and I focus on addressing customers’ needs and solving their problems from one side as well as making sure there’s an effective communication, collaboration and alignment across all stakeholders I work with: product trios- engineering, design and PMs, business owners, sales, marketing, support teams and others.

I say: “sharing is caring” that’s why among others I organize ProductTanks in Krakow and give lectures on “Effective Communication in Product Teams” at User Experience & Product Design at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.
