Focused on quality management culture taking into consideration reliable and automated metrics, test architecture, performance engineering, change and release management, configuration and asset management. I have experience in driving crucial initiatives (WIT), changes related to processes optimisations (automation), transformations (merging departments). I support global as well as local company strategy including D&I. Always challenging the 'status quo' to finally bring the business value.
