Rajvansh Kaur Sandhu Harban Singh

Rajvansh is Malaysian and is currently based in Poland working with BAT’s Digital Business Solutions Hub in Warsaw. She has 27 years IT experience including 3 years in Big 4, 5 years in a tech start-up and the last 19 years in BAT. 

She currently holds the Head of Global Platforms (Marketing and ERP) responsible end-to-end delivery and support of ERP, customer and consumer engagement, commerce, social and digital marketing across 200 markets.  

Her previous roles include Global Head of Applications Services, Global Lead for Digital Platforms, Regional CIO for Asia-Pac and ME), Global Lead for Marketing Applications support, Global Head of Software Licensing, CIO for South-East Asia.  

She has strong people management skills managing multi-cultural teams across BAT and large partner teams, and is a passionate believer in diversity and inclusion playing the role of DBS D&I Lead and mentoring internal and external female talent as part of her ‘paying it forward’ mantra. 

Rajvansh has a 14-year old son and 5-year old furkid who is the boss of the house.
