Paulina Naumenko

Paulina Naumenko is Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Intel Poland, where she is responsible for driving Intel's RISE2030 Inclusion strategy, while executing projects with both internal and external impact. Formerly Diversity & Inclusion Senior Manager at Deloitte Central Europe, she spearheaded projects on gender balance, LGBT+ inclusion, inclusive leadership, and mental health, earning recognition as a top talent. She is boasting degrees in Gender Studies from Polish Academy of Sciences, Global Business, Finance and Governance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, as well as Applied Linguistics from University of Warsaw. Her unique ability to match business and human needs, makes her work truly impactful. She is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow and certified Inclusive Leadership training facilitator. She champions women's careers through mentoring in programs like Deloitte’s WomanThatMatters, STEAM Academy by Girls Code Fun or Intel’s women’s initiatives. Paulina sits on Advisory Board of The Neurodiverse Foundation. Beyond work, she finds joy in family travels and leisurely walks with her dog Cosmos.
