Marta is a technology leader with 18 years of professional experience, including 12 years of team management. Marta’s professional profile includes project management, managerial positions in media/film, dubbing, subtitling industry. At Paramount, she holds a strategic role in managing operational teams with focus on processing/delivering content to linear TV channels and online streaming platforms. She drives key business areas, identifies opportunities for innovation, workflow efficiencies and supports with technology transformation. Marta is a graduate of Translation faculty at the University of Westminster in London, holds Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). Her philosophy is that a good leadership is unlocking potential to become better and grow, successfully driving the team towards set goals. She cares about healthy working space with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Outside of work, passionate about sports (tabata, taebo, swimming).
