Bartek Kozlowski

Dr. Bartek Kozlowski takes care of the Centers of Excellence for Technology at Paramount Global, collaborating with top talent to address Paramount’s broad spectrum of technological needs, including streaming services. Throughout his career, Bartek has been involved in initiatives across international institutions and global brands from technology and other sectors that required both technical and leadership expertise.

He is committed to fostering continuous learning and cultivating a strong engineering culture, where a blend of creativity, technological advancement, and cooperation leads to efficient solutions and high-quality products for end-users. Bartek emphasizes the importance of diverse and inclusive teams, valuing openness, varying cultural backgrounds and perspectives, which he believes are crucial for bringing real value to the business.

Bartek graduated in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology, where he also earned his PhD.  He remains engaged with his alma mater, sharing his knowledge and practical experience with students.
