I have an extensive experience of working with executives and top management across the globe for top global brands like Google, Cognizant or NatWest. In my current role I manage the talent acquisition team at NatWest Poland. My areas of expertise include executive, management and specialist level hiring across industries, including: banking and finance, IT and technology, business services, retail, manufacturing and consumer goods. My recruitment expertise is complemented by design and delivery of recruitment training projects across Europe and Asia, as well as career coaching assignments.
