Jagoda Niżnik

Jagoda’s journey into the IT began with passion for exploration and a desire to carve her own path. She completed her studies in Tourism Management and fulfilled her dreams by contributing to the production of television travel programs. A graduate of the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow and a certified Change Manager, Jagoda has been collaborating with Ericsson for over 7 years.

Starting her career as Operational Product Owner, she currently holds the position of Product Development Leader/Line Manager. Collaborating with expert teams, she focuses on 5G product development and maintenance, driven by a commitment to quality and innovation that fuels the company's growth.

In her professional endeavors, Jagoda values autonomy, impact on change, and effective management. She believes in people and champions efficient leadership.
