Marta Buchlovská

Marta is a leader of an international team of software engineers at Roche, bringing on top of over a decade of IT experience, also a strong exposure to different industries and different cultures. This has allowed her not only to grow professionally, but also to exercise empathy, understand the power of work culture and psychological safety, and overcome a wide variety of barriers she never knew existed, including the ones she created for herself.

Closely tied with the IT world for over 10 years, Marta never really let go of her strong connection to the field of Psychology, which is her educational background. Committed to helping others go through changes in their professional lives, she also supports youth in making decisions about their future careers.

Marta believes that every change contributes to personal and professional growth, including a huge influence of changes in private life on our capabilities as professionals. Coming from a bilingual family, living in 5 countries, and being a mother of 3 sons have taught her a thing or two about finding herself navigating a brand-new set of circumstances and surviving it, even if she did have some moments of doubt.
