Magdalena Skorupa

Magdalena is an expert in the field of cybersecurity, IT and management, with 25 years of experience gained in the largest companies in the world. She graduated with honours from Executive MBA at HULT International Business School in London, M.SC. studies in finance and accounting from Warsaw University, postgraduate studies in open cast mining at AGH in Krakow and postgraduate studies in social psychology in organizational change management at SWPS in Warsaw, Poland.

Magdalena is an active business mentor in organizations supporting new leaders in their careers. Magdalena is an active mentor and advisor in Start-up Advisory Guild.  In addition, she is one of the co-founders of Cyber ​​Women Community in Poland - a thriving organization promoting women in cybersecurity and IT. Magdalena is a President of ISC2 Poland Chapter. In 2022, Magdalena was published as one of the most inspiring 100 women in EU in cybersecurity in a report: “Hacking Gender Barriers: Europe’s Top Cyber Women in European Union”. In September 2023, she was awarded as a “Strong Woman in IT”- Global Edition Report.
