Brazilian, married with one son. I was born in Brazil, but my parents are Chinese. I moved to Poland in 2021. I speak Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Professional experience: I’m IT Executive with over 20 years of experience in Business and Technology Transformation Programs. My career has been driven towards a leadership role with a solid background in several IT managerial roles which provided me with a broad range of knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement, leading multifunctional and multicultural teams in a matrix and global structure. Leading, coaching, and developing IT teams driven by values, innovation, passion for growth, and leadership attitudes. Good understanding of Trade Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistic, and Finance business models and related value add IT capabilities.  My transformation initiatives drive operating model change, technology innovation, and modernization to enable scaled growth, operational excellence, cost savings and deliver value to the business bottom line. Coupling the right technology with a great CX is my approach to provide the best choices to impact positively customer /consumer relationships.
