Heather Oxley

Heather Oxley, Chief People Officer at GlobalLogic, will represent GlobalLogic, Hitachi Vantara, and Hitachi Energy as part of the One Hitachi - a collective mindset that drives innovation, diversity and business excellence.

With over 21 years of industry experience, she has played a key role in talent strategy and HR business partnerships, and the design and implementation of large-scale talent programmes.

She has worked across the globe, including China, Brazil, and South Africa where she was part of a non-profit project working with the United Nations Development Programs. Heather has a keen understanding of different cultures and local requirements and thinks and acts globally.

Heather is an avid hiker and traveler, having visited 45 countries and all 7 continents. She is a retired Master Scuba Diver and weekend zookeeper. Heather is an alumnus of Miami University of Ohio, where she studied Chemistry and Zoology. Heather is passionate about personal relationships and enjoys serving as a mentor and coach to women leaders as they advance in their careers, and is dedicated to educating and empowering young girls through her volunteer work with Girls on the Run and the Girl Scouts.
