Sonia Bendig-Pszczolinska

An experienced manager working in the IT industry, currently at Ecovadis, a company operating in the field of business sustainability. A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology. In her work, she places great emphasis on the personal development of team members, both technical and personal, and the personal goals of each individual person. It focuses on building a safe work environment in which everyone can be themselves and express their opinions without fear, based on good communication, transparency and honesty, while respecting everyone's differences. She is actively involved in the work of ambassador groups and various D&I initiatives both at work and outside of it.
