Justyna Błaniarz

Senior Product Cost Manager, traveler and Formula 1 biggest fan.

Justyna is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. She has been affiliated with GE Aerospace since 2011. Having started her professional career as a reliability engineer, she progressed through various engineering and managerial roles in Services Performance and Analytics team, where she was responsible for delivery of customer-specific & fleet-wide cost and performance models. Justyna has extensive experience in project management and has been engaged in numerous initiatives including Cultivate (aimed specifically at women) and Talent Development Program. Since 2021, Justyna has been a member of Module Cost Review Board, a role crucial to the delivery of two of the biggest GE Aerospace commercial engine lines – GE90 and CF6.
